Chapter 1: The Birth of Skirt Club

Geneviève LeJeune realized that her experiences at 'play parties' with her long-term boyfriend were primarily focused on his enjoyment, leaving her own desires unaddressed. "There was a clear gap in understanding female sexual needs, and society often overlooks the fact that women enjoy sex too. The narrative has always been that men dominate the sexual landscape, and I was fed up with it."

Determined to change this dynamic, LeJeune established Skirt Club in 2014 — a sanctuary for women, devoid of men, where they can explore their sexuality freely.

"Sexual empowerment isn't just about turning your boyfriend on with another woman; it’s about pursuing what excites you," she asserts.

To participate in a Skirt Club event, women must first become members. This process includes submitting a profile picture along with a full-body shot, which is reviewed by an internal committee. Upon approval, members gain access to tickets for events and can connect with a community of over 16,000 women.
