For the past two years, I have silenced all notifications, and DND adds another layer of control, allowing only text alerts on my lock screen during Focus Mode.
2. Time Tracking with Clockify
Regardless of whether you’re a solopreneur or not, monitoring your time is beneficial. Recently, while enjoying a weekend with friends, I spent nearly an hour on Instagram, despite having muted my feed. Time tracking, as he suggests, helps clarify the relationship between time, effort, and outcomes, enabling better time management. During my corporate job, I dedicated my mornings to editing articles, reserving writing for after work hours. Editing demands intense concentration, and I needed to ensure my writing was engaging. By tackling high-focus tasks first thing in the morning, I alleviate the pressure of a full workload later in the day.

Many people overlook the potential of automation. Instead of spending time setting reminders on my phone, I leverage tools like Siri. To maintain consistency across my content platforms, I schedule tweets and posts using Hypefury, which saves me time and allows me to concentrate on creation without interruptions. Though I hesitated initially to invest in a scheduling tool, the time savings and focus it provides have proven invaluable.
5. Break Down Larger Tasks
I produce a significant amount of content without the aid of editors or ghostwriters. My writing routine is structured as follows: I edit in the early morning, write in the late morning or afternoon, outline articles in the afternoon, and brainstorm ideas in the evening. This segmented approach makes the writing process feel less daunting and enhances my productivity.

Maintaining physical and mental health is crucial for optimal functioning. My routine includes exercising 5-6 days a week, practicing yoga, and moderating junk food intake. I’ve managed to lose 50 pounds by focusing on healthy eating rather than strict dieting. While it's important to enjoy treats occasionally, staying mindful of overall health will yield long-term benefits.
