Exploring the Mystical Connection Between Love and Crystals

Chapter 1: A Journey into Crystals and Love
If you're seeking enlightenment through eloquent discourse on love and crystals or a revival of some ancient theory, you might want to look elsewhere. I am simply a passionate collector of stunning crystal pieces that captivate me. While I can identify a few, my usual commentary is limited to “Oh, that’s beautiful.” I even find myself a bit concerned about my collection. What will I do with all these crystals if I ever need to relocate? Yes, this is a reflection on love, crystals, and lingering questions. For instance, did you ever own a crystal radio? Could this have ignited my fascination with crystals?
Indeed, it did…
I had one of those toys during my childhood. How could such a magical device exist without invoking a sense of wonder? It needed no batteries; just connect it to any metal fence for an instant music experience. Perhaps my memory embellishes how well it worked, as it didn’t withstand the test of time. It’s long gone now. After several moves and a childhood filled with carelessness, it vanished. If only I or my parents had recognized its value—apparently, a good crystal radio can fetch around $100 on eBay. If only we had invested more in toys, like Legos. Are Legos a form of crystals?
Could the brain be likened to a crystal? After all, brain structures are not arbitrary; they take on distinct forms, much like arteries, veins, and bones. Unlike tree roots, which grow unpredictably, there is a discernible order to these structures. Clearly, communication with crystals is possible—what else would our brains be for? The notion of communicating with crystals might trace back to Steve Austin, a character who is, in a sense, “barely alive.”
Barely alive. His heart beats, yet how does the absence of limbs define a state of being? Are we in a state of limbo between heartbeats? When my heart beats, I exist. In moments of silence, I seem to transcend.
Chapter 2: Time Crystals and Communication
Expanding on the idea of crystals as communicative entities, even if the nature of this communication isn’t as straightforward as proposed by psychics and mystics, could it be that we can converse with the future through crystals? I hold no disdain for psychics; in fact, I aspire to be one. Perhaps I simply haven’t discovered the right crystal yet.
Time Crystals do exist. Although I am not an expert in science, it was Frank Wilczek who suggested their existence in 2012, and subsequent experiments published in Nature in 2017 support this theory. We don’t merely vibrate in space or through the fabric of spacetime; rather, we resonate through time in a way that allows us to perceive vibrations that deviate from the norm, hinting at temporal movement. If this holds true, could we communicate with beings in the future?
But must it involve a specific crystal? If gravitational waves reverberate throughout the universe, can we not assert that this four-dimensional entity we refer to as the universe resonates back to its origin, across all dimensions of space and time? The metaphorical butterfly effect—where the wings of a butterfly can incite storms elsewhere—could be amplified in ways we can scarcely comprehend.
Is the universe itself a crystal? There is a noticeable structure, reminiscent of the brain. Can a sequence of universes relay information to subsequent universes about which structures to maintain? Is it possible to transmit information through time crystals? Does the future inform the past in a manner akin to how the past influences the future?
I cherish clouds as much as I do crystals, even though I cannot physically grasp clouds—only hold them in thoughts or songs. They are ever-changing, with their own structures. While structure doesn’t necessarily imply crystals, there are patterns that intrigue me.
Does my imagined self shift as dynamically as clouds, despite my desire to cling to a consistent self-image?
DNA can be considered a form of crystal, right? Are we all just transmitting signals like radio stations? Are our nebulous, cloud-like brains firing in bursts, resembling illuminated crystals? Carolyn Cory, author of The Visible and Invisible Worlds, connects biophotons to the concept of enlightenment, which I find compelling: “the average person emits 14 to 20 photons per square centimeter per second… During meditation, this number can increase by a hundred thousand photons…”
Crystal-clear persuasion, indeed!
Channeling light through crystals—perhaps not in the conventional sense. One of the earliest science experiments I conducted with my son involved testing the light-transmitting properties of various rocks. We gathered stones and took turns placing them one by one under a flashlight to see if light would shine through. We created our own scale, determining which rocks allowed light to pass. The opaque rocks were humorously represented by Gandalf the Grey, declaring, “You shall not pass.” (I trust you saw that coming?) I introduced this activity to him at the age of three. We still explore the interplay of light and rocks, engaging in science and perhaps seeking a hint of magic.
Or lightsabers. Yes, I know the risks involved—should I ever find the right crystal, I might accidentally sever my arm. But perhaps being in a state of “barely alive” is the key to transcending limitations.
My neighbor and I have a collection of crystals. He sells them at a flea market on the first Monday of each month in Canton, and I occasionally assist him.
Imagine if one of these pieces were large enough to walk through and emanated light—perhaps we’d find ourselves in the presence of the Guardian of Time. But wait—was the Guardian of Time a Time Crystal?
